After Sales Service
Service during and after the warranty period can be obtained from Medequip Healthcare Solutions authorized service centres, where the cost of freight will be borne by the customer.

    1. To remove both pieces of thermocol and then run the machine without the plastic cover.

    2. To use a stabilizer from a suitable manufacturer, preferred VGUARD 1KVA.

    5. How to Setup/use the cannula and Nebulizer with its accessories.

    6. How to operate the Flow value to increase or decrease the flow from 1 to 5 LPM.

    7. You Need to switch off one of the options to use the other for example if 02 is on, you need to press the 02 button again to switch off the 02 Function and then press the Atomization/Nebulizer button.

    1. Humidity bottle should be drained and then put back. There should be no water in the container before packing.

    2. Both THERMOCOL packing's to be used, one on top and other on the bottom. This reduces the transport damage

3. How do I maintain an oxygen concentrator?
A: The following parts of the Oxygen Concentrator need to be cleaned routinely.
a) Particle screen – Clean the particle screen weekly with mild detergent and water according to the manufacturer’s instructions. This is to clear the air passage in the device. Air dry the particle screen before re-use.
b) Surface – The surface should be cleaned regularly with mild detergent and water. Never submerge the      concentrator in water.
The following items need to be replaced regularly:
c) Nasal Cannula – Consult with your physician or equipment provider for replacement information.
d) Filter – Most oxygen concentrator manufacturers provide filters in a replacement kit, so it can be replaced whenever necessary.

5. Can the cost of the Medequip Oxygen Concentrator/ CPAP/ BIPAP be reimbursed?

7. Can I smoke around my oxygen concentrator?
A: Open flames should always be avoided where oxygen is in use. This includes cigarettes, matches, lighters, candles or smoking in any form. Anyone who wishes to smoke should do so out of range of the unit.
